About

How did the Ranger Tire Carrier come about?  Jim Lawrence, owner, is retired and lives in Tucson, AZ. He enjoys his Ranger Polaris in all terrains! You can find him out in the fields, exploring and having a good time. On one of those adventures he had a “flat” and no tire — so he started thinking of a way to create a spare Tire Carrier. After lots of trials and experiments – he found a design that stays secure and is easy to mount.

Jim had a sporting goods store for years and enjoys the outdoors.  He likes hunting and has even explored Africa twice on some good hunts.  Jim was a hunting guide for years – bear, javelina, deer and elk.  Jim and his labrador, Brandi, have had many good pheasant hunting trips to Kansas!

  1. Howdy, your article here surely have me interested up to the last sentence, so I just had to comment on it. By chance I found it over Yahoo and I must confess to you I usually never read the whole review of a blog since I more or less always get tired of the “nonsense” that is presented to me on a almost daily basis. In contrast your column got me hooked from the beginning to the last sentence. Really exceptional these days in the blogging world (if you ask me). As consequence: thanks a lot and please please keep up the good work. I’ll surely come back and check for new input! See you
